How to Gain Weight and Be Fit

For most people, they read about articles on how to lose weight and be fit. For many or a few, they want to gain weight and achieve an acceptable Body Mass Index (BMI) for their age. This is one of the problems I have faced last 2014 and still am struggling up to now.

So, I have put this goal as my number one goal for the year. It is one of the priorities I have set for myself this year, and I will achieve it.

For all of you ladies who want to gain weight and get lean and fit, you can try my techniques as I go along this tedious, but achievable and worthy process of changing my self-image and my overall health.
